    Annual Yoga Spring Cleansing Workshop Spring is here! It's time to celebrate! Please celebrate with me. This workshop brings many exciting postures, movements and surprises. Open to all levels. What's planned 1- Floor stretches 2- Pranayama 3- Standing meditation : 5 Tibetans & 6 healing sounds 4- Ashtanga power yoga 5- Pilates 6- Tea break : master cleanser (recipe included) 7- Transdance : transform and transcend "rise from the ground and awaken the spirit" 8- Games : play reflection & more surprises 9- Chakra balancing : chanting and colouring 10- Pyramid meditation : closing ceremony When : April 2 2016 Duration : 5hours begins 8am Cost : 60$/person receipts and taxes incl You will need : 2 towels, water bottle, extra t-shirt and yoga mat Recommendations: light breakfast, moderate intake of food over the weekend Written materials to continue cleansing after the workshop.
