Je crée des espaces pour s’établir en soi et s’ancrer dans l’instant présent. Inspirée par diverses traditions (yoga, bouddhisme, ayurveda), la sagesse de la nature, le cycle des saisons et mes découvertes, je guide le souffle et le mouvement de façon douce et créative pour favoriser l’harmonisation du corps, du cœur et de l’esprit. 

Je vous accompagne dans un suivi privé en yoga thérapeutique. Chaque rencontre est une invitation à respirer et à ressentir pour vous ouvrir à de nouvelles possibilités, reconnaître vos besoins et renouer à ce qui vous fait sentir vivant.e.
