As a holistic movement facilitator, I attempt to shed light on issues regarding breath, concentration & ability . Understanding your inner workings can be a very powerful journey, a journey full of intimate relationships with ourselves and our environment.
I'm here to help. 

 Over the past 5 years, I have had the pleasure to learn from Dina Tsouluhas, Donna Read, David Reglin, Matt Phippen, & Kathryn Bruni-Young. 

 I'm interested in working through intelligent sequences, breath work and proprioception exercises to create greater awareness of our abilities and better connection to ourselves. 

My training includes; 500-hour Moksha level 1 100-hour Moksha Vinyasa,
 30-hour hands-on adjustments with Baron Baptist. 
30-hour postural adjustments with David Regelin.
 30 hour Tune up Hips immersion with Todd Lavictoire
 Yin with Lana Armstrong. 
 Thai reflexology level 1 from lotus palm. 
Yoga Nidra with Jamie Lee.
