About my class and techniques:

My class, suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners combines traditional asana with movement, meditation and breathwork. I guide practitioners into asana and flow that feels good yet invites an exploration to go deep and get curious. I do not guide advanced poses. My classes are healing, build strength and flexibility while calming the mind at the same time. I offer feel good and gentle alignment assists, I diffuse essential oils during the practice and apply eye pillows during shivasana.
