About me

Named as one of Montreal’s 2014 top ten yoga teachers in Cult Montreal, Jennifer Kruidbos, 200 YTT, is known for her warm personality, and enthusiasm for life, love and healing. She believes that relationships bring meaning and purpose and strives to improve to the relationships with our own bodies, families and community. 

Her passion for teaching the art and science of yoga is fuelled by her own experience recovering from deep grief as a teenager after losing a parent and finding joy once again through yoga and healing the rest of her family. 

She is certified in hatha (200hr) and yoga therapy (300hr), which builds on her Master’s in Communications, where she conducted research on Thriving Under Stress at Work. She has used this foundation to create a Montreal-based office yoga company that both strives to create fulfilling jobs for yoga teachers and bring onsite yoga to offices, schools and hospitals.

My classes are multi-level, so there will be advanced options, but I always have restful options as well. To enjoy the best experience, listen to your body and don't try to push, perform or rush. Take your time, breathe and enjoy the strong steady flow, or alignment based relaxation.
