About me

Si l’on me demandait de me définir, je ne me définirais pas. Pour moi, s’en tenir aux lignes d’une identité, c’est s’en tenir à la matière. Femme de mouvement, je ressens et accueille sa poésie. Je vois le mouvement du corps comme l’expression de la sagesse qui a été acquise par l’expérience. La nature comme puits et comme démonstration parfaite du courant naturel des choses. Le yoga a changé ma vie. J’ai pour cette tradition et ses philosophies un grand respect ainsi que l’appel de partager purement ses bienfaits sur l’humain.

J’espère pouvoir mettre mon vécu et les 700 heures de formation certifiée accumulées au service de votre infini potentiel. Puissions-nous ensemble explorer les couches du subconscient et purifier les réseaux du corps et de l’esprit pour un tendre retour vers notre vraie nature.

To define oneself is to limit oneself, and so as I introduce myself, I invite you to imagine the blurred lines that are found at the edges of what I write here. I believe sticking to the lines of an identity means sticking to matter. And I believe the invitation of our time is to be as water, fluid, to be of and in movement. I feel and welcome life’s poetry into the body. I see movement as the expression of wisdom acquired through all manner of experience. I believe yoga can change lives, as it has changed mine. I honor and respect this tradition and its philosophies, and I feel called to invite others in to know what is hidden within its mysteries. It also holds simple, tangible human benefits. 

I bring my life experience and the 700 hours of certified training I’ve accumulated in service to your infinite potential. Together, we will explore the layers of our collective subconscious mind and purify the networks of body and spirit for a tender return to our true nature.
