Spirit comes from the Latin 'spiritus' which means to breathe. 

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful spiritual practice that includes a tremendous amount of breath work which charges the body with pranic energy. To increase a car's horsepower, more air is forced into the engine. To increase human power, more air needs to be pulled into the body. 

Kundalini Yoga allows you to embrace your full potential and realize your purpose in life so that your destiny may be fulfilled.
