About me

Rozel is the owner of the Energie EnCorps Wellness Centre. Rozel pours her heart and soul into uplifting others, teaching others to live in the present moment and to take the philosophy of yoga OFF THE MAT and into the world. 

Her teaching style is greatly influenced by Mark Darby, her first Ashtanga teacher as well as her background in gymnastics.
Rozel travels the world to meet, connect and learn from fellow yogis. 
Since 2015 Rozel has been travelling annualy to attend Mysore clinics with Manju P. Jois where she has learned to transmit a very adaptive and therapeutic approach to Asthanga while being true to the traditional teachings.
