About me

Natalie Fraser, or as some know her, OSA, has been working as a spiritual coach and facilitator for over 20 years. Her philosophy is to always be the student as well as the teacher. She perpetually continues her studies in western modalities of counsel along with ancient and modern healing practices from around the world. Natalie takes this approach so she may cater to the client instead of the client being limited to a treatment method. This makes it so if one approach does not work she has another. Her work has taken her into offices, schools, hospitals, community groups, seniors centres and family homes, making her work universal and adaptable to all. She enjoys the challenges of finding out how to speak “your language” and listening to your needs. Her “soul” purpose is to give you tools to help you heal yourself.

About my class and techniques:

My classes are for all bodies. They are Tantric & Hatha based. I like to incorporate some ball work, Qigong, sound healing, mindfulness, anatomy, and nature awareness. I teach each class meeting the students where they are at and adapt my classes to serve them. I am comfortable teaching in large groups, small groups and one on one.
Making sure my students feel they are well supported individually within the group and that they are in a safe space is very important to me. Ensuring that postures are done in a way that is safe and good for the body is also key to me, so I have modifications for all. Yoga is for everyone and can there is a class that is right for you. Other Services:

I am a healer, minister, artist, motivational speaker, facilitator. I offer counselling, body work, reiki, sound healing, retreats, classes, talks, ceremonies and more. You can join my women’s program, take a three month intensive apprenticeship or do the couples tune up.
There are corporate training and team building offerings in my portfolio also to benefit from. Book a retreat with me locally or at a destination.
