Qui suis-je

Asami’s relationship with Yoga started in 2006 at a Hot Yoga studio in Montreal, Canada. She first started Yoga to lose weight, but after regular practice she quickly realized her love for Yoga. Beyond just physical fitness, Yoga offered her calmness in her mind and a deep spiritual connection. She began to connect with herself in new ways and learned how to express her emotions, and ultimately, Yoga changed her life! 

Asami decided to take her Yoga journey forward and to attend 200 hour Teacher Training in 2009 in Byron Bay Australia.
