Jocelyn Townsend is a dedicated teacher, interested in developing not only the physical strength and flexibility of her students, but the emotional. mental and spiritual health as well. 

Her practice is both strong and soft with the intention of retraining the population to act with kindness throughout challenge and to hold strongly to their hearts. This work she attempts in everyday life as she moves through the motion of her days.
Her classes have heart, soul and alignment! Having over 1000 hours of continual training and workshops, Jocelyn has studied everything from Vinyasa/hatha, Iygengar, hot yoga to Yoga Therapy.
She has completed her 3 years study of yoga therapy specializing in IBDs as well as a two year long distance learning program in Ayurveda.

À propos de mon cours et de ma technique:

I try to tailor my practice to the needs of the individual, where I can meet their needs with my knowledge. I have a strong passion for alignment and creativity: combining mindful biomechanics and fluid movement to create deeper connections with ourselves. I'm heavily inspired by my background in creative writing, thus us language and poetry to move my students into a softer relationship with themselves.
