À propos de mon cours et de ma technique:

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

So it can be a great exercice to train your mind, to be patient, waiting for the good things in life, in this case, all the benefits from the poses.

I also guide meditation to start the class, helping you to settle down in the present moment, and ground yourself for the practice.

Autres services:

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique.

As the student lies in Savasana, this meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you feeling calm and whole.

This practice has numerous benefits like reducing the level of stress, and also learning about ourselves to the deepest levels and always in a safe and soothing visualisation <3 .
